Kalamazoo Woman Doused With Rubbing Alcohol And Burned

A woman is in the hospital with serious burns after police say she was set on fire by her boyfriend.

It happened shortly after 2 this morning on Douglas Street in Kalamazoo.

Investigators say the 44-year-old woman was arguing with the 52-year-old man when he doused her with rubbing alcohol and set it on fire.

The man was tracked to Mabel Street where he was arrested on suspicion of Assault with Intent to Murder.
