She was a stellar player for the Pennfield Panthers last season as a junior, receiving All-City and All-Interstate 8 honors.

For England Bennett in her senior season, it starts out with a new school and the injured reserve. She would come back from an ACL tear and meniscus reconstruction to play for Battle Creek Central's Girls Basketball squad this season. The Lady Bearcats would pick up four late season wins in the regular season before falling to Lakeview in the Class A District Final.

Bennett also volunteers and supports Attack Basketball, Hoopers for the Homeless and Youth Basketball Development. She loves the sport of Basketball and the players in the city that's she's played with and against. She's a good student, respectful of others and an all-around great person.

Congratulations to England Bennett, our latest Lassen Automotive Athlete of the Week.
