Man And Woman In Custody Following Home Invasion

A man and a woman are behind bars after a break-in in Battle Creek this morning.  Police were called to a home on Waubascon shortly after 2:30 a.m.

The man living in the home said two people had forced their way in, attacked him, and stole property and his truck.

Investigators tracked the suspects to the area of North Avenue and Coolidge, where they were arrested.

Officers say the pair had stolen property with them when they were caught and the stolen truck was recovered nearby.
