Man Arrested After Guns Found During Stop

Police in Battle Creek say they caught a man last night who had illegal weapons and drugs.  The Gang Suppression Unit stopped a car near Baldwin Street and Hudson at around 9.  Officers say a search of the car turned up two handguns and suspected crack cocaine.  The driver, a 23-year-old man, was arrested on various weapons charges and Possession with Intent to Deliver.  A passenger is being held on an unrelated warrant.
