Man Arrested For Vehicle Break-Ins

Authorities in Battle Creek arrested a man Sunday Morning on larceny charges.

Around 12:30am Sunday, Battle Creek Police Officers responded to the area of Merwood and Emmett and located the suspect on foot.  On his person, he had burglary tools and suspected stolen property.

In the area, officers found several cars had been broken in to, with stolen property being returned to at least one victim.

The suspect is lodged at the Calhoun County Jail on Larceny from a vehicle, possession of burglary tools, and being a parole absconder charges.
