Man Brandishing Gun In Springfield Arrested

Calhoun County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of Richfield Road in Springfield, Thursday afternoon, to a report of a man brandishing a hand-gun.

A 54 year-old Kalamazoo man called authorities, claiming that a 41 year-old Springfield man pulled a gun and threatened to kill him. Deputies located the suspect at a nearby residence and discovered the gun as well as other firearms. He was arrested and lodged into the Calhoun County Jail on charges of Felonious Assault, Malicious Destruction of Property and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
