A stabbing inside of a vehicle in St. Joseph County has authorities looking for their suspect vehicle.

MLive reports that St Joseph County Sheriff's Deputies say around 1:45 am Monday, a 25-year-old Mendon man was picked up by a vehicle in the 29,000 block of Kelly Road in Burr Oak Township. The driver of the car, a man in his late 30’s to early 40’s with a beard, then reportedly stabbed the victim, causing serious but non-life threatening injuries.

The suspect’s vehicle is described as a red, two-door Pontiac Grand Prix with the passenger side mirror missing.  Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
