Meijer Athlete of the Week: Jordan Hultink – Pennfield

The city baseball teams have been very competitive this season, with four of the five teams well above .500 on the season. Both Lakeview and Harper Creek have one loss on the season, with Harper suffering their first defeat on the season Tuesday. Both teams suffered those losses from 14-3 Pennfield, with our Mejier Athlete of the Week on the mound, senior Jordan Hultink.

Hultink allowed one run on four hits in the complete game 9-1 victory Tuesday over Harper. In the 6-1 victory to open the season against Lakeview, he allowed the lone run in a three-inning start.

The Panthers are five wins away from matching their win total from last season thanks to Jordan Hultink, this week's Meijer Athlete of the Week!
