Meijer Athlete of the Week: Wendell “Brett” White-BC Central

Even though the Battle Creek Central Bearcats have not seen the winner's column this season, one of their players has proven to be a leader on the floor so far. Junior forward Wendell White has scored in double figures in all four games this season, averaging just over 16 points a game. When the team has gone into a scoring drought, he finds the opening to keep the Bearcats in the game. It's just the start of a bright future for White on the varsity squad. Congratulations!
