Meijer Athlete of the Week: Cara Gallihugh

As the Spring season winds down and conference championships are awarded, the Marshall Redhawks have had a phenomenal season on the pitch. Winning a share of the Girls Soccer title in the Interstate 8 earlier this week, they concluded the regular season Wednesday night at Harper Creek with a 4-0 shutout victory. The Redhawks have a 10-2-2 record and an undefeated 7-0 record in conference.

While the goals have come from all over for the Redhawks, they can be set up with the right pass. With two assists in their 5-0 clincher over Jackson Northwest Monday, a goal in a 4-0 shutout over Charlotte last Wednesday, this week's Athlete of the Week goes to Cara Gallihugh.
