Men Charged In BB Gun Shooting

Two men have been charged in the BB gun shooting of a Kalamazoo Public Schools school bus.

Anthony Shawn-Tyrone Thomas was arraigned on felony intentionally damaging a school bus, felony resisting and obstructing police and misdemeanor malicious destruction of a building.

The second man, 17 year-old Dion Jake Hulbert, is not in custody but there is a warrant out for his arrest.

According to MLive, the two are alleged to have fired a BB gun at a Kalamazoo Public Schools bus in the vicinity of Village Apartments on Lilac Lane.

Thomas is being held at the Kalamazoo County Jail and is scheduled for a preliminary examination on October 7^th.
