Michigan Gas Prices Trickling Up

Michigan gas prices are approaching the two dollar mark. According to Triple A Michigan, the statewide average daily gas price increased six cents a gallon from last week. Michigan's current average is $1.96 per gallon. That's still 35 cents less than it was this time last year. But it's also the fifth straight week of increases in the state. The highest average is in Metro Detroit at $1.97. The lowest was in Flint at $1.94
