Mild daytime highs are expected through the weekend in southwest Michigan, including potential to approach or exceed 70 degrees on Friday. The National Weather Service forecast has, though, increased potential for rain later on Sunday, with a high only of 60.

Rain potential is best before the weekend on Thursday this week.
