Missing Battle Creek Girl Found

A missing Battle Creek girl has been found, according to a news release from Battle Creek police.

15 year-old Lavonda Marriott-Lockmiller was reported missing August 16th after leaving her Battle Creek foster home. Authorities spent close to a month searching for her and now report that she is now safe and an investigation into the case continues.
