The City of Battle Creek has announced a new set of milling and repaving projects set to start Thursday, August 11.  The work is expected to wrap up around Thursday, August 25.

In a release, the city says that the streets will remain open during the work, but motorists should prepare for possible traffic disruptions.  As well, citizens are asked not to park on streets being worked on; vehicles will be towed.

STREETS BEING WORKED ON:

-Wiltshire Avenue from Eldred Street to Territorial Road

-Winter Street from LaVista Boulevard to Fairhome Avenue

-Magner Street from Dickman Road to end of street

-Jewell Street from Dickman to Grove Street

-Capital Avenue NE from North Avenue to M-66 (TIME PERMITTING)
