Newton Twp Girl Reported Missing On Christmas Eve

Calhoun County Sheriff’s deputies are asking for the public help in the search for a 15-year-old girl reported missing during the overnight.

Authorities are looking for Mary Helen Sewell, standing at 5-foot-8, weighing 135 pounds with long blondish brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a light-colored t-shirt, black sweatshirt and blue jeans. Sewell had left sometime between 10pm Wednesday night and 4:15am this morning from her home in Newton Township.

Call the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department or the Michigan State Police if you know of Sewell’s whereabouts.
