Four people are in the hospital and one is dead after a crash in Calhoun County yesterday.

State Police troopers say it looks like a driver fell asleep and crashed into a tree on northbound I-69 near N Drive South.

A 46-year-old man was flown to Bronson in critical condition, and two women ages 47 and 68 are hospitalized in Marshall.

The driver, a 57-year-old man is in serious condition in Kalamazoo.  A 64-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
