Pizza Delivery Driver Robbed In Battle Creek

A pizza delivery driver was robbed at approximately 11:45 PM., Saturday evening in Battle Creek.

The driver was robbed near a residence on Cherry Street, near Popular Street, by an adult black male who brandished a knife and demanded cash. The suspect then fled on foot after taking an undisclosed amount of money.

The Battle Creek Police responded to the scene with a canine unit but was unable to locate the suspect.

The victim was not injured and the robbery is under investigation by Detectives.
