A woman who conspired to have one of her rental properties in Kalamazoo burned down pleaded ‘guilty’ yesterday to the conspiracy.  Lola Atkinson entered the plea as part of a deal with prosecutors who dropped an arson charge.  Atkinson was arrested at a home she owned on Park Street back in February with her handyman, Elvis Patterson, who pleaded ‘guilty’ to conspiracy in June.  Patterson is scheduled for sentencing Monday; Atkinson will be sentenced next month.
