Plow Blade Theft Investigated

Sheriff’s Deputies in Kalamazoo County are searching for whoever stole Comstock’s plow blades.

Township officials say thieves made off with all three of the plow blades from their facility on East Main just before Halloween.

Whoever took them loaded them into a trailer belonging to the township and drove off with it.

The weight of the steel plows added up to about a ton so Deputies believe a group of people may have been involved.

The cost of replacing the equipment has been estimated at around $13-thousand dollars.
