Police Want to Talk to Tipster in Battle Creek Homicide

Battle Creek Police want to talk with someone who phoned in a tip in connection with last week’s murder case. According to investigators, they received a tip from an individual who told them the location of a handgun near a bridge over the Battle Creek River. The handgun was recovered and detectives think it may have been the one used in the shooting death of 27-year-old Allyn Reeve Jr. Police already have two suspects in custody, but would like to contact the witness who gave the tip.
