Portage Public Safety Is A “Funky Bunch” In Lip Sync Video

After several weeks of the lip sync challenge seeming to go quiet all of a sudden the Portage Department of Public Safety dropped their video, seemingly out of nowhere. The video features the song "Good Vibrations" by Mary Mark and the Funky Bunch and is sure to leave you feeling full of good vibrations.
