Pothole Tracker – West Columbia Wake Up

It is one of the most traveled roads in Battle Creek and it also looks like this is a continuation of pothole's past.

For the truckers, M-96 is just the small state road that connects Kalamazoo to Marshall. To the locals, Columbia Avenue is one of the most recognizable thoroughfares in the area.

The latest member in the Pothole Tracker can be found on West Columbia near Arbor Street. Even though this current pothole is relatively small, the span of the whole area is much larger, taking up the whole northernmost lane on the westbound side.

With the amount of traffic West Columbia sees daily, the cold patch that was placed in a majority of this pothole is holding for now. More will most likely be used to fill the remainder of the area, but it's going to need much more permanent work in the future on the state trunk line.
