Pro Golf Coming to Battle Creek This Summer!

We're all about sick of snow drifts and this freezing weather, right?  Tuesday, we got some news that felt warm and sunny.  A professional golf event is coming to Battle Creek!

The Firekeeper's Casino Hotel Championship is coming to the Battle Creek Country Club June 3rd thru the 8th.  It is a Symetra Tour event, featuring professional and amateur women golfers who need to finish in the top 10 on the Symetra tour to earn their LPGA Tour card for next year.

This year's beneficiary of all profits will be the women's shelter S.A.F.E Place!

Hey, how about a big THANK YOU to Firekeeper's and the Battle Creek Country Club for bring a cool event to us here in Battle Creek!  Just the thought of a summertime activity like golf just made my week!
