The Western Michigan University Board of Trustees may decide tomorrow whether to raise residence-hall rates. The trustees will meet at 1 o’clock in the Bernhard Center. The W-M-U administration has recommended rate hikes for students in 20 campus residence halls beginning in the fall. But how much has not been disclosed yet. New rates for apartment complexes and the Western View residential complex were set in December. The trustees also will consider adopting a name for the new W-M-U School of Medicine. It would be called the “Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine.”
