Today I I interviewed the President of one of the groups involved in a suit against Kellogg Community College for allegedly violating the free speech rights of two people attempting to pass out pocket constitutions on campuses.

The suit requestes that KCC’s current policies regarding on-campus speech be suspended.

The current legal action is a result of an incident that ocured in September of 2016, when two members of the local Young Americans for Liberty group were arrested for handing out pocket-sized Constitutions, which KCC says was a violation of their Solicitation Policy.

College campuses around the country seem to be limiting free speech on their campuses more and more.

Please listen to my interview this morning with the Young Americans for Liberty (YAL) president, Cliff Maloney Jr. by clicking on the links provided below.

YAL is the largest, most active, and fastest-growing pro-liberty organization on America’s college campuses with more than 900 YAL chapters and over 300k youth activists nationwide.
