Repair Work On Area Of Helmer Road In Battle Creek Today

Road crews will be repairing the street on S. Helmer Rd., south of Columbia to the Goodwill store in Battle Creek today. During this work, the southbound lane of Helmer Rd. will be closed. The work is scheduled to be completed by 2:00 this afternoon as long as the weather cooperates. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes as some back-ups are expected in the area during the work.
