Return To the Scene of the Crime

Jurors in the trial of a Detroit-area police officer who punched a driver 16 times in the head visited the scene of the beating today in two vans. Closing arguments in the case against William Melendez are scheduled for tomorrow. He punched Floyd Dent in the head during a traffic stop last January, an incident recorded on dashcam video.
