Richard’s Ride Extra: A Platinum Punch To End Hunger

As part of Townsquare Media's participation in the Partnership To End Hunger, members of our staff will wheel shopping carts along the Grand Cereal Parade route Friday evening. They will accept donations of non-perishable food items - and fill their carts! - for the Food Bank of South Central Michigan.

To handle any overflow of donations, Lakeview Ford Lincoln donated the use of a 2015 Ford F-150 Platinum for the parade. Watch for us in the deep red Platinum along the parade route, and we'll be ready to accept your non-perishable food donation!

According to the City of Battle Creek, The parade will begin at 6 p.m. on Friday, with staging starting at 4 p.m. in the Davenport University parking lot, 200 W. Van Buren St.
The parade route will travel east on West Van Buren; south on Tompkins/United Way; and east on West Michigan Avenue, ending at the Commerce Point parking lot.
