Road Construction Alert

The full section of Territorial Road that has been under construction, from Capital Avenue SW to 20th Street, is scheduled for paving Monday and Tuesday, Aug. 29 and 30.

Work is scheduled to take place from approximately 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. both days.

Territorial will remain open during this work, but authorities say that you should plan for intermittent traffic disruptions, which could cause delays. They add that drivers should avoid the area, if possible.

Territorial from Arbor to 20th Street, which is being reconstructed, remains closed to thru traffic. This section will be reopened to traffic at the completion of paving, Tuesday, if all goes well.
