A family court judge in Kalamazoo has put off making a decision on awarding parental rights to a woman who lost three of her children in a fire earlier this year. Jonetta Woods was back in court Wednesday in hopes of regaining the parental rights to her five-year-old daughter, the lone survivor of the Interfaith Homes fire last February. Woods claimed that then-boyfriend Fred Glespie was asked to watch the four children. Glespie was acquitted of manslaughter two weeks ago in the deaths of 3-year-old twins Tevin and Te’Niyah Williams and 1-year-old Ty’onna Henderson.  The judge postponed the remainder of the hearing until March 18th.
