According to the Washington Free Beacon, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) has wasted, in my opinion, almost a half-a-million dollars studying gay hookup apps.

Yes, you read that correctly, your brilliant elected officials gave $432,000 of your hard-earned tax dollars to Columbia University to interview gay men who use GPS dating apps to determine whether such apps increase their likelihood of engaging in risky sexual behavior.

Now, I could care less if it is gay or heterosexual people, this is something we should not be spending our money on.

Do you think any of those politicians, who say the cupboard is bear and we do not have anywhere to cut, i.e. Nancy Pelosi, will be asked about this?

Do not hold your breath.

Per the reporting by the Washington Free Beacon, one of the study’s aims is to “Investigate the sexual and emotional states (e.g., more/less urgency, arousal, impulsivity) that MSM experience when seeking or meeting sexual partners using smartphone applications and gain insights into how these states may contribute to sexual risk behaviors.”

How many more times do we need to expose these people before they stop? Oh sorry, the problem is the main stream media will not expose or hound these politicians with their wasteful spending.

Let’s us discuss this tomorrow (Friday) on my show the Live with Renk show, which airs Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to noon, to let me know your thoughts at (269) 441-9595.

Or please feel free to start a discussion and write your thoughts in the comment section.
