Snow Emergency Ends In Battle Creek

Despite some more snow overnight, Battle Creek’s snow emergency ended this morning.

The order was put in place two days ago to make sure the roads were kept clear of parked cars so road crews could clean up after Sunday’s heavy snowfall.

While residents can park in the streets again, the cleanup work will continue with crews moving large piles to make room for more plowing.
