Sports: Boyd Fined But Not Suspended After Saturday Rubarb
Pitcher Matt Boyd was fined an undisclosed amount by Major League Baseball for intentionally throwing at Minnesota Twins third baseman Miguel Sano on Saturday. Two innings earlier, JaCoby Jones was hit in the face by a pitch from Justin Haley. Boyd was not suspended and will make his scheduled start later this week. Sano was fined and suspended one game for "aggressive actions" after a pitch thrown by Boyd sailed behind him. Sano walked toward the mound, gestured at Boyd and then either punched or shoved Tigers catcher James McCann.

The Toronto Raptors took a three-games-to-two lead with a 118-93 win over the Milwaukee Bucks. Toronto is at Milwaukee on Thursday.
The Hawks beat the Wizards in Atlanta, 111-101 to knot that series at two games apiece. Atlanta plays at Washington on Wednesday.
Golden State Warriors beat the Trail Blazers, 128-103 in Portland to complete a four-game sweep. Stephen Curry had 37 points.

MSU Player Jailed
Former Michigan State defensive end Auston Robertson has waived extradition and will be returned to Michigan from Indiana to face a third-degree criminal sexual conduct charge. Robertson is accused of forcing a woman to have sex with him at her Meridian Township apartment on April 8. Michigan State has dismissed him from the football team.
