Yesterday, defensive end Ziggy Ansah, linebacker Travis Lewis and tackle LaAdrian Waddle were all held out of practice with injuries.  Safety James Ihedigbo is waiting for medical clearance to return to full practice and remains limited due to a pinched nerve in his neck.  Running back Joique Bell, defensive tackle Nick Fairley and cornerback Cassius Vaughn were limited during drills yesterday.  Safety Don Carey was back on the practice field for the first time since he suffered a hamstring injury in Detroit's third preseason game.
