The Tigers sent Ian Krol to Triple-A Toledo Monday after he gave up four runs in an inning during Detroit's 7-2 loss to Boston Sunday. It's the third time this season Krol has been demoted after making the opening day roster. Krol is the last remaining player with the Tigers from the Doug Fister trade with Washington, although they ended up trading Robbie Ray to get Shane Greene.
