Michigan State police are putting more cruisers out on the streets in the Saginaw area, as an effort to cut down on distracted driving. The Associated Press reports that State police will be watching for inattentive drivers and those not wearing seat belts throughout the month of August, as motorists hit the road for their end of summer vacations and back to school shopping.
