Detroit Public Schools administrators are looking for money to pay their teachers this summer. According to the transition manager, the district will have no money for pay without further funding from the state. According to the Detroit Free Press, former bankruptcy Judge Steven Rhodes has said in an email that the district will also be unable to fund summer school or special education programs after June 30th.
