The latest in the transition of Summit Pointe in Calhoun County - after its longtime CEO was convicted on embezzlement charges - is that some of its board members will step down from their positions.

Battle Creek Enquirer reporter Jennifer Bowman has covered the Erv Brinker story for more than a year, and tells The Richard Piet Show about why some members of the board will step down. She also discussed some of the insights revealed in court documents about what might have motivated Brinker to spend Summit Pointe money on a Florida psychic.
