Suspect Caught in Kalamazoo Robberies

A man suspected in a pair of armed robberies in the Kalamazoo area yesterday was caught.  A convenience store on Stadium Drive was robbed at gunpoint at around 6pm.  A few hours later, a man matching the description of the robber at the convenience store held up a McDonalds on South Westnedge.  Police caught up with a suspect near Kilgore and I-94.  The 55-year-old Oshtemo man was arrested and a handgun was seized.
