Suspect In Sunday Shooting In Kalamazoo Arrested In Indiana

Peery Was Captured In Muncie, Indiana [Credit: Google Maps][/caption]Authorities have found their suspect in a domestic shooting incident from Sunday, hiding out across state lines.

Victor Peery was discovered in Muncie Indiana Wednesday night, hiding out at a family member’s house.  Muncie authorities brought in their SWAT team and Peery was arrested without incident.

Peery is accused of shooting his girlfriend twice Sunday night in Kalamazoo, striking her in the shoulder and arm.  Peery is wanted on assault with intent to murder, felony assault and felony firearm charges.

It’s not known when he will be returned to Michigan.
