Suspect Questioned In Battle Creek Overdose Death

One person is behind bars and could be facing charges after the body of a missing Emmett Township man was discovered in Battle Creek.

The body of 54-year-old Michael Tungate was discovered Friday in the back yard of a home near Riverside and Sheffield.

Tungate was reported missing March 5^th and his car was later found abandoned in a bank parking lot.

Investigators say that so far it looks like the man died from a drug overdose.
