Police in Battle Creek are attempting to gain information after a person showed up at the hospital with stab wounds.

The Battle Creek Police Department says that the man arrived at Bronson’s ER shortly after midnight Monday, and said he was stabbed in the shoulder. His wound was non-life threatening. The victim says that he had been in an argument in the 600 block of Capital Ave SW, when a suspect pulled out a knife, and stabbed him in the shoulder.

The suspect then ran off on foot.

The BCPD says that the suspect is a white male standing around 6 feet tall with a thin build and blonde hair. If you’ve got any information, police ask you contact them or Silent Observer, as no witnesses or evidence in this crime has been recovered.
