Urbandale Banner Winner
The Urbandale area will have a fresh new look, thanks to some young artists and a contest by the Urbandale Planning Council and Neighborhoods Inc. Last night, Alvin White III was announced as the winning designer of 13-foot-tall razor banners for the community.
