Tara Hampton owns two gyms in downtown Battle Creek, and initially thought she might like to buy a building downtown and actually own the space where her business functions. Eventually, though, with the help of Battle Creek Unlimited, she realized she might actually provide assistance to others by becoming a landlord - and offering space for other businesses who might not be able to afford a build
