Word is getting around that the Detroit Lions and the city of Detroit are finalists for hosting the 2024 NFL Draft "Experience". Not only would the NFL Draft happen here in Michigan, but also festival like events surrounding the Draft would happen here, too.

This was a fun rabbit-hole to go down as we watched people in Detroit go nuts over Matthew Stafford leading the Los Angeles Rams to a Super Bowl victory, and getting a ring after over a decade of being stuck with the Lions.

While I'm not either a Detroit Lions nor a Los Angeles Rams fan, because of where I live (Michigan) I have pretty much watched your entire professional football career. And I believe, for more than a few years, you may have gotten a raw deal.

Kalamazoo Central and Western Michigan University football star Greg Jennings, who went on to a long, successful career in the NFL, was named Wednesday to the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame.

Lions fans usually have pretty high exceptions for the team every year. Fans of the Packers, Steelers, Ravens, get rewarded occasionally for their loyalty. The Lions fans...they have jokes the get them through each season.
