Third-Best Real Estate Year Ever For Battle Creek

The Battle Creek Area Association of Realtors reports the third best year ever in Battle Creek for home sales and home values. That's the word from Dan Jaqua of Jaqua Realtors and Kathy Perrett, CEO of the BCAAR.

There are also other notable statistics related to real estate, not the least of which is a 20-year low in the homes currently on the market.
