Three Arrested In Battle Creek Burglary

Three people are in custody following a break-in in Battle Creek last night.

Witnesses saw the burglars fleeing a home on Scenery Street at around 10 pm and called Police who searched the area with a K-9 team.

One suspect was tracked by the search dogs and arrested about a mile away.

A second suspect was found trying to hide at an apartment complex at Riverside and Territorial.

Officers say the second suspect had a stolen pistol and drugs with him when he was caught.

The third suspect was caught on East Burnham Street and taken into custody.
