Three Arrested In Pennfield Break-In

A Battle Creek man and two juveniles are in custody after a break-in in Pennfield yesterday.

Deputies responded to the scene on Rondale Lane shortly after 3 in the afternoon.

The victim said he was just getting out of the shower when he discovered the burglars.

The three fled into the woods and were eventually caught.  Some stolen property was recovered.

A 30-year-old Battle Creek man was taken to the County Jail and a 13-year-old Battle Creek Boy and 16-year-old Springfield girl were taken to the County Juvenile Home.
