How well do you know your local W.K. Kellogg Airport? Here are three facts you may not know:

1. According to W.K. Kellogg Airport Transportation Director Larry Bowron, the airport is the third busiest in the state. First, of course, is Detroit Metro.

2. Altogether, the W.K. Kellogg Airport runways can handle most planes, including a fully loaded 747 (and, of course, Air Force One).

3. Approximately 500 aircraft will land and participate in the 2016 Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association fly-in on September 16, 2016.
